Specification
The subjects comprise of a detached office and workshop facility situated within a site extending
to 0.44 hectares (1.09 acres) or thereby.
The buildings have been formed in two distinct sections with the office building being constructed
over single storey height from a steel framework with the walls having been infilled with pointed
cavity brickwork whilst the roof sections over are of a pitched design and clad with insulated
profile sheeting. Access to the building is by means of a porch located within the north elevation
which leads to the main office accommodation.
Internally, the accommodation has been laid out in an open plan design although a number of
private offices and meeting room have been formed by means of demountable partitioning. The
walls have largely been plastered on the hard whilst the flooring has been laid in solid concrete

constructed from a modern steel portal framework with the walls being clad with insulated metal

by 3.31 metres high. Internally, the walls have been finished to the inside face of the insulated
external cladding whilst the walls have been laid in solid concrete and painted.
