The site comprises two Grade II listed brick built mill premises built in 1895 and 1900.  The buildings provide five and six storeys and are connected at ground floor level.
 
The buildings are of brick and steel frame construction with concrete floors flat roof construction.
 
Each floor provides a working headroom ranging from 3.66m to 4.57m and are accessed via 4 goods lifts providing 750 to 1000 KG load capacity.  The buildings are sprinklered throughout and heating by oil fired boilers serving ceiling mounted steam pipe system.
 
Loading is at ground level via a mixture of level loading door and tailgate loading. 
 
Externally, the site provides separate workshops, a two storey office building and car parking for approx 100 cars and yard areas for approx 120 trailers.
