An office building is located to the front of the facility. It is of non traditional construction with a flat felt covered roof. Internally the offices have plasterboard lined walls, carpeted timber floors and plasterboard lined ceiling.
Externally the subjects benefit from a secure yard which is part surfaced with tarmacadam and concrete and part unsurfaced.
Location
The facility is located in a rural location a short distance from Lintmill which is a small hamlet approximately 1 mile south of Cullen on the B9018 road.
Cullen offers a wide range of facilities including a primary school and local shops while a secondary school and supermarket are located in Buckie approximately 8 miles west of Lintmill.
