Heating is provided by means of gas fired warm air blowers. A further building is located to the immediate east of the main site and is of single storey height. It has been constructed around a steel framework whilst the walls have been infilled in pointed concrete blockwork. A yard is included adjacent to the buildings and has been laid in concrete. The blue area on the detailed Ordnance Survey map is subject to a short term lease.
