The New Office is attached to the Main Warehouse at the ground and first floor. It has profile metal sheeting elevations with profile metal sheeting covering the roof, concrete floors, perimeter trunking, sealed unit double glazed windows, air conditioning and suspended ceilings with inset lighting.

The Old Office is similar in specification to the New Office but with brick elevations and part solid ceilings with fluorescent strip lighting. To the front (west) of the New Office building is a hard landscaped area with nine car parking spaces. To the north of the Old Office building is compacted aggregate surfaced areas designated for circa eight car parking spaces.

The Main Warehouse, built in 2005, has a 6.9m eaves height. It is of steel frame construction with concrete floor, profile metal
sheet roof and elevations (lower segments of blockwork). There are 10 electrically operated roller doors on to the canopy. At the western end is a mezzanine office / store room with a power floated concrete floor.

The steel frame canopy covering a concrete yard has 8.1m eaves height. The southern elevation is of profile metal sheeting with the east elevation open.

These warehouses, built in 2011, are two modern, steel portal frame industrial buildings with profile metal sheet elevations, precast concrete plinths, powerfloated concrete floors, suspended LED lighting and smoke detection system. B1 Warehouse has an eaves height of between 7.0m and 7.5m and 5 electrically operated steel roller doors. B2 Warehouse has an eaves height of 7.5m and four roller doors. There is a short section of covered access between B1 Warehouse, B2 Warehouse and the Main Warehouse. B2 Warehouse is directly linked to the canopy.
