The site lies in a prominent position adjacent to the busy A737, just 2.5 miles west of Glasgow International Airport and within 2 miles of the M8 Motorway. The Airport is less than a five minute drive from the site.
There was a record breaking number of passengers in 2016 and 2017 and this is set to further increase in 2018. The Airport offers flights to over 100 destinations from 30 different airlines.
Glasgow International Airports current 10-year Masterplan details an approximate £300M worth of investment in infrastructure including new runways, terminals and rail links.
As such, it is predicted that long stay car parking spaces will require to be increased by 175% during the period which will be primarily achievable through the development of off campus sites (Glasgow Airport Masterplan 2011).

Location

The site is situated on the west side of Burnbrae Road close to its junction with Burnbrae Drive in Linwood, Paisley. It is highly accessible from Glasgow and Inverclyde via the M8 Motorway and from Ayrshire via the A737.
Surrounding occupiers include Parksafe and Skyport Park and Ride.
