The main building is of steel frame construction with a concrete floor, brick walls to a height of 2.5 metres, clad externally with metal sheeting and flat roof, which is metal decked.  There is a two storey office block running the full length of the eastern elevation.Internally, the property provides mainly open factory accommodation with an eaves height of 5.62 metres.  There is a smooth finished concrete floor and painted brick elevations to a height of approximately 2.5 metres with insulated panels above.  There is low level glazing to parts of the northern and western elevations.  An internal “goods in/out” bay has been constructed to the northern end which benefits from five electrically operated roller shutter doors providing external access and three Speed doors connecting to the main factory. There are offices and WCs towards the south-western corner.An extension was added around 2005 which comprises a steel frame building with a minimum eaves height of 4.3 metres.  There are block walls to a height of 2.5 metres with insulated cladding above and a mono-pitched roof which is also clad with insulated metal sheeting.  There is a roller shutter door providing external access and a Speed door providing access to the main factory.The two storey office block runs along the entire length of the eastern elevation.  The ground floor is generally laid out as cellular office accommodation, accessed off a main corridor with a workshop at either end.  There are also WCs and a first aid room.  To the first floor, there are more cellular offices, WCs and a former canteen.  Finishes to the offices include carpet covered floors, plaster and papered walls and tiled suspended ceilings with recessed strip lighting.  Windows are metal framed and single glazed.Externally, there are yard areas to the northern, western and southern elevations providing access to the “goods in/out” bay and also the extension.  There is a boiler house and sprinkler tank room to the north-western corner of the site.There is a main car park to the north-eastern part of the site and further car parking is available to the front of the building on the eastern boundary.
