Wolverhampton is located 14 miles north-west of Birmingham, 33 miles south of Stoke-on-Trent and 55 miles west of Leicester.
The property is situated on the south side of Wednesfield Road just to the east of Ring Road St Davids (A4150) and the Canal. The site is prominently situated within the city centre being adjacent to Wolverhampton mainline station and the ongoing redevelopment of the immediate mixed use area.
The site is accessed from the south side of Wednesfield Road through the former brick built warehouse building, but is height restriced as the right of way passes under part of the warehouse that fronts the site being offered for sale (refer to photogrpah 2).
