The subjects are located approximately 2 miles north of Inverurie, and 20 miles to the northwest of Aberdeen. More specifically, the property is situated within the Bourtie Industrial Estate, a small complex of Industrial buildings lying to the east side of the B9170 route leading to Oldmeldrum.
