The site accommodates two inter-connecting but self-contained former factory units, each of similar construction, being steel framed with brickwork walls incorporating steel framed windows. To the front of each factory unit is a two storey office and ancillary block, again with a flat mineral felt covered roof. The offices and ancillary areas to Unit 2 have recently been modernised; however Unit 3 requires refurbishment. Internally, the factory areas have reinforced concrete floors throughout and an internal clear height of approximately 4.6 metres. Unit 2 has a series of offices, WC's and workshops and stores along its southern elevation and there is a link corridor connecting the two buildings which is currently sealed up. Externally, there is a dedicated yard and car park to the side (north) of Unit 2 together with a common service road running around the south and west of the two units which is shared in common with the adjoining occupier, Rolls-Royce.
