The site is located in Lower Sydenham off Kent House Lane c.1km south of Bell Green. The site offers great connectivity with the A205 located c.2km to the North of the site which is the main road connecting both into London and out to the M25.
The site benefits from excellent rail connectivity, local rail stations are Lower Sydenham which goes into Charing Cross and then Sydenham which goes to London Bridge, Highbury and Islington, Victoria and West Croydon.
