The minimum eaves height to the main bay is approximately 19’1” (5.8m) to the underside of the portal frame .
There are integral two storey offices consisting of a ground floor lobby area/reception with a works office. The offices also incorporate works W.C’s, canteen and stores. The unit also contains a mezzanine.

Location

The unit is located on Portland Street just off the B4210 Stafford Street which connects to the Walsall ring road. Junction 10 of the M6 is approximately 1 mile to the west of the unit with Walsall town centre approximately 1/4 of a mile to the south.
