Kirkintilloch is a popular and prosperous town located within East Dunbartonshire, approximately 10 miles to the north of Glasgow City Centre.
Being the administrative capital of East Dunbartonshire, Kirkintilloch has it’s own sizeable Business Community as well as being a popular business location due to it’s proximity to central Scotland’s motorway network – specifically, the M8 & M90 motorways allowing quick and easy access to Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow which can be reached by car in under 10 minutes.

Terms
Little Offices have found that a flexible approach to lettings has enabled the centre to maintain near full occupancy since opening in 2013.
All suites within the centre have separate electricity meters and have been individually assessed for Business Rates. This enables occupiers the option of fully inclusive deals or if preferred, to have energy use billed on consumption.
Similarly, having a VOIP telecoms system allows tenants the option of having broadband connection and telephone handsets with itemised monthly call charges, or simply wifi.
Having the suites separately assessed for Business Rates has allowed all current occupiers to benefit from 100% rates relief through the Scottish Small Business Bonus Scheme. Furthermore, 3 of the suites have Rateable Values within the allowable threshold for obtaining 100% relief, whether vacant or not.
Licences are typically agreed for a 12 month period and continue on a monthly basis thereafter.
