The Stop House was originally constructed in 1796 and was used for the collection of tolls and registering passing craft between The Oxford and Grand Junction Canals. The property comprises of a Grade II listed Georgian brick-built building spread over three floors to include a basement and totals about 238 sq m (2,500 sq ft).
