Denny Town House is situated within the town of Denny, which lies 7 miles west of Falkirk in central Scotland, approximately halfway between the cities of Glasgow 21 miles and Edinburgh 33 miles. The population of Denny is approximately 8,500 people.

(Four) The external features and internal features mentioned in the Planning Statement will be retained and maintained.
