In addition there are more comprehensive facilities including a Tesco food-store, leisure centre, cinema and family restaurants located immediately off the A55 (Junction 18) 0.7 miles to the west and 194,000 people live within a 30 minutes drive of the site. Point 4 will comprise a high quality office development situated in an elevated position offering a scenic, attractive working environment with views over Conwy Valley and Snowdonia. Occupying a site of 1.74 hectares (4.3 acres) Point 4 will be constructed using a range of local and natural materials and will provide a high quality internal working environment that will achieve BREEAM Excellent accreditation. Bespoke Design and Build options can be made available for occupiers requiring not less than 10,000 ft, however, current plans are for the development to provide a total of 4 two storey buildings offering a range of self contained office units. The Point 4 development will require detailed planning permission for the proposed development.
