The subjects comprise a large semi-detached building of two storey construction which is of steel portal frame construction with the external walls being formed from concrete blockwork which has been externally harled at ground floor level and clad in profiled metal sheeting at first floor incorporating sections of plastic weather boarding around the window areas. The space is split to provide a mixture of large and small cellular office space together with male and female W.C.s and a small kitchen area. There is a second staircase for escape purposes with a pedestrian door giving access/exit onto Back Hilton Road.
