Artificial light is provided by means of fluorescent strip diffuser light fittings within the suspended ceilings whilst natural light is provided by means of uPVC double glazed windows to the front and side elevations. The space is split to provide a mixture of large and small cellular office space together with male and female W.C.s and a small kitchen area. There is a second staircase for escape purposes with a pedestrian door giving access/exit onto Back Hilton Road.
