This centre is a vibrant creative community hub in the heart of Bristol providing well-managed, affordable and accessible work space. On offer is a range of meeting rooms, conference facilities, learning and office space. The centre is home to a large café, which is open to the public, along with a public library with books and DVDs for all ages and tastes. There are also two large art studios and darkroom facilities.
The monthly cost covers rent along with maintenance and management of the centre and office services such as utilities, waste, recycling, fire and security provision. Tenants are responsible for the payment of business rates, contents insurance and phone and internet connection.

All tenants are required to fit the centre's ethical criteria listed here: Your company must have a defined social purpose which falls in line with the centre’s purpose of “building a more just, equitable and sustainable society through the promotion of social change”; your company must be a charity or non-profit organisation, a social enterprise, an ethical business, or have a strong local benefit to the regeneration of an area; your funding sources must be transparent and all money accepted must be from ethical organisations; you will mix well with the other tenants in the centre; you will treat all stakeholders without discrimination and work positively to tackle diversity issues; your organisation must hold beliefs broader than the promotion of one particular faith or philosophy; you must have credibility amongst your stakeholders; and, your employment practices must mean your staff are treated fairly and without exploitation.

Location
Located around a mile outside of Bristol city centre in an excellent location. The centre is situated on Grosvenor Road where you will find Grosvenor Supermarket and just half a mile down the road there are restaurants, cafes and pubs. The building is not far from the M32 and is a couple of minutes walk to bus stops and only one-mile from Montpelier train station. There is also parking available on-street outside of the centre.
