The UG floor is 808 sq ft, the 2nd floor is 809 sq ft and is available on 12- or 24-month agreements. Each floor can comfortably house 16 staff plus breakout space & kitchen area. In addition, the 2nd floor has a separate meeting room space. UG floor is also available for Meeting Room or Event space hire with the latest video-conferencing & display panel technology and a 12-seater boardroom table.
