Hutwood Court is located towards the southern end of the M3, and to the north of Southampton. The site itself is accessed off Bournemouth Road opposite the Chandlers Ford Asda hypermarket. From the site the M3 can be accessed via either Junction 13 or 14. Southampton International Airport and Southampton Parkway Station are located next to Junction 5 of the M27 circa 2.2 miles (3.5km) to the south-east.
