The subjects comprise part of Marathon Oil’s substantial Supply Base and therefore offers a very secure location where permanently manned and gated security controls are in place. The warehouse is of steel portal framed construction with profiled metal sheeting to walls and roof and there is a concrete floor. Translucent daylight panels are provided in the roof and artificial lighting is via roof mounted mercury and sodium fittings. A metal framed mezzanine floor is provided at one end. Access is achieved via an electric roller shutter door offering an access opening of approximately 5m x 5m. Internal eaves height is 6 metres approximately.
