By Road - From Ayr
Take the main Ayr Road from Ayr to Prestwick and follow it through Prestwick Main Street until you reach the Shawfarm Roundabout. Rather than turning left to go to the Airport, carry straight on along the side of the old Golf Driving Range. Take the first left into McNee Road and follow it all the way until the end, past the entrance to the long-stay car park and finally left into the car park of Westburn House.
Accommodation
There are 8 rooms available for rent at Westburn House, all furnished to a high-level with eexcutive furniture and fittings. Of course running your own business is challenging. You'll want to know what your fixed outgoings are per month. When you move in to Westburn Business Centre your monthly licence rental will cover
* All heating and electricity charges (a fair usage policy applies)
* Use of the WBC WiFi internet connection for emails, browsing within your own VPN
* An executive desk, chair, filing cabinet per person
* Car parking (subject to availability)
* Full use of the communal kitchen and canteen areas
* Cleaning services of communal areas (shared vacuum cleaner available for your own room)
* Landscaping and external maintenance services
* Local Authority rates (assuming 100% entitlement under the Small Business Bonus Scheme): each of the rooms has its own RV.
Terms
All rooms are offered preferably on an initial minimum 3-month rental agreement with a 3-month deposit. All clients will be offered an automatic invitation to extend their rental contract before the room is released back onto the market, subject to terms and conditions of their own rental contract. A one month notice to leave is required.
