Phil’s career includes senior roles at a number of International Property Consultants in London (Cushman & Wakefield) and Bristol, where he was Head of Office Agency at Chesterton International, DTZ and CBRE – working at Senior Directorship level with institutional funds, developers, property companies, occupiers, trusts, TMT and creative companies together with private investors.
The foundation of his approach is his experience, strength of relationships through extensive industry contacts, effective communication and an understanding of how the right property can drive performance for occupiers and deliver returns for their owners.
