During a 20 year career in property Craig started in Residential Property, gaining experience as Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager before joining the Asset Management teams at Ashtenne and Hansteen led by Tom Rees. In the 15 years working as an asset manager Craig has been responsible for delivering a range of asset management initiatives across the portfolio including acquisition and disposal strategies, lettings, renewals, driving marketing initiatives, and working closely with occupiers to understand their requirements. In 2022 Craig joined the Jenkins Best agency team following the companies merger with Willowford Asset Management
