Chris is a Development Manager, working with the North West Team, focusing on site acquisition, appraisal and delivery of new developments across the North of England.

Matthew is a Development Manager based in Chancerygate’s London office where he is responsible for sourcing, appraising and delivering industrial development schemes in the south.

Mike is a Development Director based in the Warrington office. At Chancerygate, Mike oversees the sourcing, appraisal and delivery of development and investment opportunities in the north of England and is currently responsible for managing the progression of developments to be delivered in locations including Carlisle, Chorley, Knutsford, Liverpool, Livingston and Oldham.

Tom is a Development Manager at Chancerygate.
