Location

Murray's Mills is located half a mile east of Manchester City Centre in Ancoats Urban Village. The complex is situated on Murray Street, which can be accessed from Great Ancoats Street (A665) via Redhill Street.

Accommodation

The Murray's Mills complex was constructed at the turn of the 18th
Century and comprises three buildings known as Old Mill, Decker Mill and New Mill. Major textile manufacture ended at Murray's Mills in the 1950s and the use of the property declined until the 1990s when they were falling into considerable disrepair before Hertitage Lottery Funding enabled the structure to be preserved.
Burrell Inpartnership Ltd are now undertaking an exciting mixed-use development of the ill. Phase 1 will include a development of
commercial space and a number of live-work units whilst also providing car parking at the adjacent Dixon Mill. Phase 2 will include a 60 Bed hotel and additional bar and restaurants.
The commercial space is located within the Old Mill Building. The space has been preserved in shell condition with the original internal features intact leaving any potential occupier with the flexibility to make their own distinctive mark, whilst working with the Burrell Inpartnership to create an occupiers' unique commercial space.

Terms

The commercial space is available on either a long leasehold or leasehold basis. The leasehold interest will be available by way of a new Internal Reparing and Insuring lease for a term of years to be agreed.
