Aveley lies within the Thurrock unitary authority approximately 18 miles east of central London. It lies to the north of the A13, which provides access to central London to the west and the M25 at junction 30 (Mar Dyke Interchange) to the east. Ockendon and Purfleet railway stations provide rail links to London Fenchurch Street via Upminster and additionally numerous bus routes serve the area.
Hall Road runs between Love Lane and Ship Lane to the south of the town centre. The property forms part of an established parade on the north side of Hall Road opposite its junction with Crescent Walk in a mainly residential area.
