The subjects comprises two plots. Plot 1 comprises of a part completed residential development with Plot 2 consisting of a large plot of undeveloped land located to the north of the development. The part completed residential development (Plot 1) known as 'Cairn View', benefits from planning permission for fourteen dwellings to be constructed, providing six detached and eight semi-detached houses. Seven of the fourteen dwellings have been complete and sold, and as such do not form part of this sale. The remaining seven plots are at varying stages of construction. Location

The subjects are located in the town of Strathaven, forming part of South Lanarkshire Council. Strathaven benefits from a population of 8,000 people. The local area benefits from strong transport links with Hamilton just a 20-minute drive. Glasgow is less than a 40-minute drive and Edinburgh less than an hour. The area is well served by bus routes providing access to surrounding areas such as Hamilton, East Kilbride and beyond.
