Cleator Moor is a town in Cumbria, approximately 40 miles south-west of Carlisle. The primary route connecting Cleator Moor is the A595, which runs along the west coast of Cumbria, extending south toward Barrow-in-Furness and north toward Carlisle. The A5086 runs east of Cleator Moor, providing access to the A66, which leads toward the M6 motorway. The closest train station is St Bees Railway Station, about 4.5 miles northwest, with services between Carlisle and Barrow-in-Furness.
