Mexborough is a town lying approximately 9 miles south west of Doncaster and 13 miles north east of Sheffield. Road access is via the A6023, which provides access to junction 36 of the A1(M) via the A630. Mexborough railway station provides regional rail links towards Doncaster and Sheffield and numerous bus routes serve the area.
High Street is the principal retail thoroughfare in the town centre with the property lying on its south side in the pedestrianised area of the town centre. Nearby occupiers include Heron Foods, B & M Store, Poundland, Halifax and Specsavers.
