The building was originally constructed as a boys school in circa 1896 and is currently occupied by Mid Cheshire College.
The main property comprises an attractive Victorian two storey building with single storey extensions having been added along both the western wing and within the central atrium. The majority of the buildings are constructed from attractive red brick with decorative detail to the main elevations under a multi-pitched slate roof.
Car parking, access and service space exists along the northern end of the site with access from London Road together with a second access point, located at the corner of The Crescent and London Road.
