Gloucester Quays is one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects, part of the £XXX million development to regenerate the Gloucester Docks. It offers over 1.6 million sq ft of floor space across a 60 acre site. Phase One incorporates Gloucester Quays Factory Outlet Centre which opened in 2009.

Phase Two has been granted planning consent and consists of an exciting new £XXX million leisure element, ‘The Quayside’. This will incorporate a 10 screen, fully digitised, 1,600-seat Cineworld, 11 new restaurant units, a 15,000 sq ft gym (now open) and new retail space.Sainsbury’s have opened a new 75,000 sq ft store. Gloucester College have re-sited with 8,000 students. Residential units have been completed with a more in the pipeline.
With a catchment area of over 8.5 million people within a 90-minute drive time, Gloucester Quays offers an exceptional catchment demographic with over 58% of the immediate population falling within the ABC1 socio-demographic profile.
LOCATION
It is uniquely located on the banks of the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal, 6.5 miles from junction 11 of the M5, adjacent the historic city centre. British Rail operates a mainline service from their station at Gloucester
